About

In September 2015, 193 world leaders agreed to 17 Global Goals for Sustainable Development. If these Goals are completed, it would mean an end to extreme poverty, inequality and climate change by 2030.

Enodo is an initiative engaging the natural science research community in working towards the Global Goals. We do this by, first, involving actors aligned with the Global Goals agenda to understand their demands and define the technical challenges they face. We then put them in direct contact with existing research and researchers from academia, civil society, research institutes and commercial actors from all over the world.

The initiative is supported by Sida, the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency.
